Our Landlord Advisory Service is designed for landlords who want to find and install a tenant themselves without paying for the traditional agent service where the agent advertises the property, shows people around and sets up the tenancy. It provides structured guidance through the letting process, from preparing your property and creating the listing to reviewing applicants and making sure all paperwork and compliance requirements are completed correctly.
You remain hands-on with the practical steps, while we give you the expertise and oversight to do it confidently and avoid costly mistakes.

Service overview
One-off service: £500, payable upfront (no VAT).
Duration: up to 3 months, or until your tenant moves in.
Delivery: structured guidance, resources and support throughout the process. You carry out the practical steps yourself, instead of paying an agent to market the property, show people around and set up the tenancy.
Extension: available at £180 per month if needed.
Upgrade: if you move onto our Comprehensive Property Care Service, your £500 advisory fee is credited towards it.
