Our fees

• 12% of the rent for Comprehensive Property Care or

• 9% of the rent for Rent Collection

• £200 Tenancy Set-up fee - this includes Tenant Referencing, Right-to-Rent checks and Tenancy Preparation.

• 3.2% for Rent and Legal cover - taken upfront for the year applicable for rents up to £2500 per calendar month. For higher rents, we can provide a quote upon enquiry.

• Inventory - Price on Application, depending on the number of rooms and whether the property is furnished or unfurnished.

• Deposit Registration Fee £60

• Tenant Sanction Check (£12 per tenant)
