To summarise, I am highly impressed with Irfanali and he is the best property manager I have worked with on a weekly basis with the changeover of tenancies and issue resolution.

His professionalism & communication skills are spot on – efficient and prompt handling of customer queries/ emails etc , always replies to emails and is very much on the ball.

He has been communicating at all different levels, with the tenants, contractors, utility suppliers, etc.

His co-ordination & organisation of duties is very key ensuring everyone is on the same page, especially when dealing with issues.

He has good knowledge of Landlord-Tenancy laws introduced recently and explains them in a manner that I understand.

His technical know-how is very good and this was key with the release of the old tenants and introduction of the new tenants – prioritising work to be carried out prior to tenants moving in and advising what is not an obligation etc.
